Long Life Puja for Khensur Rinpoche Jampa Yeshe, our Guru & Spiritual Advisor.

His Eminence Khensur Rinpoche Jampa Yeshe

We are delighted to inform you that all the students of Rinpoche from India and various part of the world such as Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Gurun) Singapore, and Australia would be offering a long life puja to Rinpoche.

The Puja has been scheduled to take place in Gaden Shartse Monastery in Mundgod, India. The date of the Puja has been fixed for Tuesday, 23 November 2010.

Bro LS Khor
Our President Bro. LS Khor would travel to India to attend this auspicious event. He would represent our centre in the puja, delivering our offerings and sincere wishes and prayers for the Long Life and Good Health of Rinpoche.

Lama Phuntsho
For those who are unable to make the trip to India to attend the ceremony, Lama Phunstho has given all of us an opportunity to take part.

Lama Phuntsho has requested that all friends and members, especially the students of Khensur Rinpoche to chant "Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha" (The Tara/Drolma mantra) 100,000 times as our offering to Rinpoche for his long life and good health.

Once you've finished the Tara mantra, pls send us your names and the number of times you've chanted. We shall dedicated the merits of your effort during the puja. (pls send details to sdcmalalysia@gmail.com). Please do so before 22 November 2010.

We invite all of you to join us in prayer for Rinpoche, a Buddhist Scholar and Wisdom beings, but most of all a kind, patient and compassionate teacher.

(For those who need to learn how to chant the Green Tara mantra, we have incorporated a youtube video by Taiwanese Su Ching-Yen here for you to listen and learn.)

Thank you!

[Msg to SDC by Geshe Lobsang Tshultrim]

Dear Dharma brothers and sisters,

I deeply appreciate your sincere dedication to Rinpoche's longevity. I will of course participate in this collective practice, to recite Tara mantra and chant 21 Tara's homage. I believe our collective meritorious actions will become a pleasant offering for Rinpoche to extend his life longer; continue to bless and guide us until we achieve enlightenment. May Rinpoche live for many years and his teachings sustain as a pure light in the hearts of myriad of beings in different part of the world.

- Geshe LobsangTshultrim (Rinpoche's modest disciple)
